Organic Seedlings Education is an early childhood education and care service that invites educators, staff, children, families and the wider community to Listen, Collaborate and Create. We provide a nurturing and inquisitive environment that is welcoming and safe for all children and their families. We know that Early Childhood is the most important stage of life where children are discovering who they are and the world around them and sharing this with whomever they encounter.

The lived culture of Organic Seedlings Education and our emergent curriculum is inspired by The Reggio Emilia Approach to Early Childhood Education and Care. We continue to learn and interpret this educational approach and other leading early childhood philosophies and contemporary research within our own cultural and community context. We recognise that the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) is influenced by the Reggio Emilia Approach in its inclusion of such principles as intentional teaching, the importance of both the indoors and outdoors learning environment and Assessment for Learning as well as others.
